Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as earrings or final-sale items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. Please email vivianneraeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
